Charles Draleau is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of New Wave Recovery Center, with eight years of experience working in the addiction and mental health field. His work centers on helping individuals and families navigate complex challenges with care that is ethical, supportive, and results-driven.

Charles approaches recovery as a deeply personal process, one that involves emotional growth, self-awareness, and inner restoration alongside clinical treatment. He is committed to advancing thoughtful, person-focused care for individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns.

Charles is guided by values of compassion, accountability, and respect, and believes meaningful change is achieved through individualized support that honors each person’s journey.
