Is holistic therapy a replacement for clinical treatment?
No. Holistic care complements evidence-based therapy; it does not replace it. The two work together every day at New Wave.
How often is holistic care offered?
Every day. Unlike programs that offer it occasionally, we weave holistic practices into the daily schedule alongside clinical groups and individual therapy.
Will I see the same therapist throughout?
Yes. You keep the same private therapist as you move between levels of care, so your progress is never interrupted.
