When you call, you talk to someone in recovery
Care from people who understand

Meet Our Team

It is the people who make New Wave what it is. Our licensed clinicians and recovery support staff, many in long-term recovery themselves, bring both expertise and lived experience to your care. When you call, you talk to someone who has been where you are.

Expertise meets lived experience

What Does This Mean?

New Wave is family-owned and was founded by people in long-term recovery. That is not a tagline, it shapes everything. The clinicians who lead your therapy are licensed and experienced, and many of the people you will meet have walked the path you are starting. They know recovery from the inside, which is why the care here feels personal rather than clinical.

One thing that sets us apart: you keep the same private therapist as you move between levels of care. You never have to re-tell your story to a new face or rebuild trust from scratch. From your first phone call onward, you become part of the family, and family does not let go.

The New Wave difference

Care that feels different

We were founded by people in long-term recovery, so the way we treat you comes from having been where you are. That shows up in everything we do.

Founded by people in recovery

When you call New Wave, you talk to someone who has walked this path, not a call center. This is personal for us.

The same therapist throughout

You keep your private therapist as you move between levels of care, so your progress is never interrupted and you never start over.

Holistic care, every day

Reiki, yoga, sound healing, and mindfulness are woven into daily treatment alongside evidence-based therapy, not offered once in a while.

Who works at New Wave Recovery Center?

Our team includes licensed clinicians, a medical director, and recovery support staff, many of whom are in long-term recovery themselves. You work with the same therapist across levels of care.

Yes. You keep the same private therapist as you move between levels of care, so your progress is never interrupted and you never have to start your story over.

Many are. New Wave was founded by people in long-term recovery, and that lived experience shapes the compassionate, judgment-free care you receive.

Yes. We are a family-owned center, which is part of why the care feels personal, you become part of the family from your first call.

We do not provide medical detox on site. We refer you to a trusted detox partner first, then welcome you back to begin treatment with us.

Just call. From your first conversation you will talk to someone in recovery who can answer questions, verify insurance, and help you take the next step.
